Doug was honest and gave me some good advice. After a visual inspection, he told me I probably didn't have a mold problem and recommended an air purifier machine.  I would recommend them.

The service has not been completed yet. The project will be completed on Dec 7th. The knowledge and service throughout the proposal process was excellent. Expediant was very prompt and knowledgeable about our project. We ran into unplanned issues which resulted in more work and longer completion time, but Expediant did not charge additional cost. They delivered the project at the proposed price.

Terrific--did excellent work, promptly, politely, and neatly. Came back when I asked them to for a second de-molding hit on one area of house, loaned an air cleaner when we requested. They really did care about doing a fine job. Only problem is mold abatement is a very tough job, and I do smell a little mold still. And last time in the house I got a horrible headache. I'm waiting to see if dumping a mattress and a piece of furniture helps before I ask if we should try again on the house itself--really, though, I don't think so. It's likely the stuff inside the house rather than the house itself. PS Added some months later: Mold all gone!

I was contacted promptly and the evaluator was extremely  thorough spending quite a bit of time assessing my issues. The installers arrived on time and were very helpful answering my questions and completing the job. I am extremely satisfied with Expediant from top to bottom.
