Charles was very responsive to my questions. When it became evident that I could not do what I wanted to do, he had a good alternative. It was using ThermaPure heat and virtually baking my house, with the assurance that it wouldn't go up in smoke. The job that the two techs did was outstanding and thorough with all the mold that covered my entire attic, rafter and tongue and groove sheathing. They came when they said they would and cleaned up after they finished. It was a pleasure working with these guys.
