This past week we have had the pleasure of meeting Steve Hegel. He is the perfect example of what a reputable company should present every day. Over the past nine years, since our air conditioner/furnace system was installed, it has been on problem after another. There have been many attempts and suggestions to resolve the problems with the A/C including total replacement. For the first time in many years we believe that our A/C is operating properly and that the long standing problem of gas leakage has been solved thanks to Steve Hegel. Steve is knowledgeable, confident and obviously knows his trade and how to deal with customers. We were impressed with his treatment of the tow young men who appeared to be under his tutelage the day he worked on our A/C. They surely will also become valued members of your company.
