My experience with all the personnel was positive. I was impressed by the Google Reviews and testimonials. My energy evaluator was a consummate professional and gentleman. The evaluation,work proposal and agreement went well. My only concern was that the work crew didn't seem to be familiar with the installation process of one particular product they were installing. When I called and asked my original energy consultant to check the installation of the product, he was honest and upfront and said they didn't install the product in the proper way. He had another crew come out and make adjustments in the installation of the product. In the end, everything was fixed and handled in a professional manner. I appreciate the attentiveness and prompt response from all involved. I'm a little confused on why the 1st crew was not familiar with that particular product installation. I would consider using again primarily based on my energy evaluator,Richt, and his honesty,respect, and response to my concerns.
