Just wanted you to know how wonderful we think GSM is!  Matt labored for two days on a significant problem he encountered with our heat pump and furnace.  Robert came the second day to help.  It was a difficult problem, but they perservered and solved it. More recently, we had a problem when trying to switch over from AC to heat.  Charlie came out, solved the problem and set our thermostat.  In both instances, they served you well and we wanted you to know that you have the highest quality people working for you- they reflect you well!

Dramatic improvement in cooling effiency of my "man cave".  So glad I went with the thermal shield and foam board insulation
