Sean explained not only the product installed but the working and efficiency of our new units. He answered questions and gave me “training” in operating our system. They were very conscious of keeping the work area neat and clean - inside and out. I believe the maintenance will be top quality annually as assured by Greg at our final meeting.

I appreciated the speed of the installation and courtesy the installers showed while at my home.  A new unit was installed when promised and my old unit hauled away.  A recheck was scheduled to ensure my satisfaction.  I most surely will recommend GSM to anyone with air conditioning or heating needs.

"Was really pleased with the emergency service that I was provided. Matthew showd up in about 45 minutes after I made the call.  He was exceptionally professional & repaired my heat pump quickly! It only turned out to be a bad wire, but he took the time to completely evaluate the heat pump.  Even gave me some advice on heat pums & didn't mind showing me what he was doing when I tagged along because I wanted to learn! I signed up for the service contract as well! Very pleased. Thanks!!

After making a couple visits. I asked that we get a new thermostat.  When the service manager came out he put one up and didn't charge for the visit.

I have to say, GSM does stand by their work to make sure the customer is happy and satisfied with their work.  I also appreciate the hands on approach from Jim S. and the owner Steven Long when I had some issues.  This is a great company.  I'm glad I chose it!

My father-in-law used your company back in the 1930's and always spoke very well of the gentleman who ran the company at that time who made a metal top for his Ford Model A.  He was so in awe of the man for being able to figure it all out. I have had your maintenance program for about 10 years and Jim C. was the first one to come and change filters, etc.  Then Jason and several others over the years. The latest experience Kelly worked with me on deciding it was time for a new heating and air system.  It was installed by Danny and Jacob.  All of them were able to answer my questions and make me feel good about which system I chose.  I have referred you to several people ove the years and will continue to do so. Your ladies in the office are very, very kind and friendly - in fact I have never had anything but excellent service from anyone I have come in contact with at GSM. Brandon worked until 9:30 pm one evening when we were having trouble with our AC.  He was courteous and eager to please.  It was clear he enjoys working for GSM and his attitude reflects that.
