This homeowner wanted a more temperature controlled garage without tearing the walls down to the studs. Primary Home Improvements was able to achieve this goal by insulating the existing walls with RetroFoam. RetroFoam is injected in between the studs of the walls and fills up the entire cavity. Once hardened, this tripolymer foam gives a superior R-Value per inch while also sealing off any drafty areas of the wall. 

This attic in Seven Hills, Ohio went from completely bare to fully insulated with our Tru-Soft Cellulose material. The dense formula will effectively prevent any possible air leakage during every season. These homeowners will no longer have to worry about conditioned air escaping their home and will be cool for the remainder of summer! 

The owners of this home had very poor insulation in their attic and decided that it was time for a big upgrade. They even noticed that the sparse layer of old insulation has collected lots of dirt and dust over time. Our crew installed our Cellulose Insulation that has an R-value of 3.8 per inch, and a higher density than many other insulations. The Tru-Soft Cellulose Insulation will provide a significant reduction in air flow, creating a comfortable, energy efficient home. 

The old fiberglass in this attic was no longer doing a very good job insulating the home. The homeowner noticed her central air kept kicking on more and more over the last few months and wanted to prevent that from occurring in the future. We solved this problem by removing the old insulation, air sealing the attic, and installing TruSoft Cellulose. Air sealing is the process of filling any cracks or holes in the attic in order to keep conditioned air in the home and stop if from escaping. TruSoft Cellulose is a blown in insulation that provides the attic with dense coverage!

An attic located in Northfield, Ohio previously had very sparse, old, and dirty insulation. Our crew removed the older insulation and exchanged it for our Blown-In Cellulose Insulation. This upgrade will allow the owners of this home to stay comfortable this winter with consistent temperatures throughout the space.
