This garage in Canton, OH used to have polarizing temperatures during the cold and warm seasons. Now, the temperatures in this space are stabilized thanks to RetroFoam injection foam insulation. RetroFoam works great for existing walls and will even prevent condensation, mold and mildew! 

This homeowner needed a solution for insulating a lot of existing walls. Having a two-story home, they were looking for a viable solution in fully insulating all wall cavities to save on their energy bills. Primary Home Improvements came in and installed RetroFoam injection foam in only one day! Since RetroFoam can be injected from the exterior, you couldn't even tell we were there! 

This 1,500 square foot attic had very little insulation, which made the whole home lose valuable air and comfort. Primary Home Improvements came in and blew in enough fiberglass to fill the space with R-49 value! This high R-value will increase energy efficiency and better prevent heat flow.  

Primary Home Improvements used a high-powered extraction machine to take out all debris and old insulation. We then blew new, dense fiberglass all over the 1,700 square foot attic to attain the best R-value. This home is now more energy efficient and protected against the outside air! 

This homeowner's existing attic insulation had turned bad when moisture buildup and pests found their way in. Mold had riddled throughout the old cellulose while droppings also infected it. This was causing unhealthy air quality for the homeowner. We extracted all of the old insulation to clean the area and then we re-insulated it with TruSoft cellulose, which is a mold-resistant product.
