Kitchen Remodel in Buck Hill Falls, PA
We removed the entire contents of the old kitchen in this 112 year old home. We also moved an old stairwell to make the kitchen larger. The old kitchen was long and narrow with an inefficient design. The homeowners wanted to be able to brighten and modernize the home, but keep the rustic feel of the rest of the house. The kitchen is now much more functional with more room for entertaining and looks amazing!
Stillwater Lakes Crawlspace
This crawlspace was under the home of an elderly woman who was selling the home so she could move to assisted living. The buyers inspector found multiple problems in the crawlspace and the buyer was using the information in the inspection report to negotiate a MUCH lower price. The homeowner was referred to us by her real estate agent to correct the problems.
