We recently completed a basement insulation project in Tannersville, PA. The homeowner contacted us to help him eliminate moisture problems and make his home warmer. We installed 2" of closed cell spray insulation to his foundation walls and sealed the perimeter of the floor system to block out cold air. We were able to complete the project in just a few hours and now the home is warmer, dryer and much more efficient!

This homeowner had done his research and he knew he wanted to encapsulate his crawlspace. He had been looking online and liked the CleanSpace System and wanted to fix it once and for all. We removed all of the nasty sagging insulation from the crawlspace, cleaned out all the debris and got it ready for CleanSpace. We then installed our 2 part vapor barrier system with drainage matting to ensure the moisture was under control. We added closed cell spray insulation to the foundation walls and of course, installed the worlds greatest dehumidifier, the SaniDry Sedona. Now this home is healthier, cleaner and much more comfortable!

A homeowner in Lake Harmony was looking to replace a rotting Bilco door that was originally installed in the 1980s. We installed a custom-built Bilco door to better protect their crawlspace.

 This crawlspace was truly a mess. The guys had a challenge stepping into this project. But, it came out beautifully and homeowners are ecstatic!

Insulating an attic not only helps keep your home warm in the winter, it works to keep your home cooler in the summer.
