The Dr. Energy Saver team recently completed the installation of a CleanSpace Crawlspace Encapsulation system near Milford, Pa. The homeowner had been suffering the effects of a damp and dirty crawlspace; high heating bills, odd smells and general lack of comfort. We installed our patented drainage matting to allow for proper drainage, a CleanSpace 20mil vapor barrier (backed by a 25 year warranty) to block out the earths moisture, and 2 inches of closed cell insulation to seal the foundation walls, blocking out moisture and eliminating outside air infiltration. We finished by sealing the entrance with the EverLast crawlspace entry door. Now this home is much more comfortable and efficient.

We removed the entire contents of the old kitchen in this 112 year old home. We also moved an old stairwell to make the kitchen larger. The old kitchen was long and narrow with an inefficient design. The homeowners wanted to be able to brighten and modernize the home, but keep the rustic feel of the rest of the house. The kitchen is now much more functional with more room for entertaining and looks amazing!

This crawlspace was under the home of an elderly woman who was selling the home so she could move to assisted living. The buyers inspector found multiple problems in the crawlspace and the buyer was using the information in the inspection report to negotiate a MUCH lower price. The homeowner was referred to us by her real estate agent to correct the problems. We installed The CleanSpace Crawlspace, and she was able to sell the home for the asking price, and in the end, the buyer moved into a much healthier, safer, energy efficient home. Everyone was happy!

We recently completed a basement insulation project in Tannersville, PA. The homeowner contacted us to help him eliminate moisture problems and make his home warmer. We installed 2" of closed cell spray insulation to his foundation walls and sealed the perimeter of the floor system to block out cold air. We were able to complete the project in just a few hours and now the home is warmer, dryer and much more efficient!
