Recently, Dr. Energy Saver was able to work with another contractor to help solve a homeowners home comfort issues. This crawlspace was typical - with all the nasty stuff including mold, rot and odors. We installed our patented CleanSpace Crawlspace Encapsulation System, sealed and insulated the foundation with 2 inches of closed cell polyurethane insulation, and installed the SaniDry Sedona - our energy efficient dehumidifier. Now this home is healthier and much more energy efficient!

Another nasty, inefficient attic transformed. All the old insulation was removed and the attic was air sealed. We then installed an insulated storage deck, sealed the whole house fan and blew in 16" of clean TruSoft cellulose to achieve an R60! Now this home has another 600 square feet of usable storage and is far more efficient. This project will pay for itself in just a few years.

Last week our Dr. Energy Saver Pro's had the opportunity to fix a number of issues in a home in Shohola, PA. The family had been suffering with cold floors, musty odors and high heating bills. We installed our patented CleanSpace 20 mil vapor barrier (backed by a 25 year warranty), our patented Drainage Matting, Everlast Crawlspace door, and of course, we spray insulated the foundation walls to seal out the moisture and outside air so the crawlspace stays warm and dry all year long.

The Dr. Energy Saver team recently completed the installation of a CleanSpace Crawlspace Encapsulation system near Milford, Pa. The homeowner had been suffering the effects of a damp and dirty crawlspace; high heating bills, odd smells and general lack of comfort. We installed our patented drainage matting to allow for proper drainage, a CleanSpace 20mil vapor barrier (backed by a 25 year warranty) to block out the earths moisture, and 2 inches of closed cell insulation to seal the foundation walls, blocking out moisture and eliminating outside air infiltration. We finished by sealing the entrance with the EverLast crawlspace entry door. Now this home is much more comfortable and efficient.
