An existing customer of Bolster-DeHart wanted to replace their furnace with a 96% efficient Bryant furnace 

An existing customer of Bolster-DeHart wanted to replace their 19-year old heating and cooling equipment with an efficient system for their single-family colonial home in Franklin Park.  Bolster-DeHart installed an upgraded, high efficient Evolution modulating variable speed heating and cooling system and an Aprilaire media filter that improves indoor air quality.

This home in Gibsonia, PA had very cold floors in the bedroom due to cantilevered floors (a floor that sticks out past the wall below). We removed the old fiberglass insulation which was black in color meaning that excessive air had passed through and replaced it with 6" Silverglo insulation. We eliminated excessive air leakage which resulted in much warmer floors. 

This customer had a tongue and groove ceiling which tend to leak alot of air. We sprayed the ceiling with 2" of closed cell spray foam insulation for air sealing.

Customer located in Sewickley, PA was looking for a solution to lowering her energy bills. We removed her old inefficient gas boiler and replaced with two high efficient Burnham Alpine boilers reducing overall cost of operation.
