Testimonials for Comfenergy

They were very professional and communicated well.  Went about this work quietly and efficiently.

The salesperson did a great job!  The crew was outstanding.  They were the absolute best!

Customer review - "We purchased our 1950s home last summer and thought having our vents cleaned and sealed might be a good idea. I’m incredibly glad I did, and am even more happy that I went with 3-pros. The workers were incredibly professional and courteous. The level of dust and buildup in the vents, which I saw firsthand, was nauseating. The end result was that the vents were immaculate and the aeroseal sealing resulted in a 95% decrease in the amount of air that was escaping from all of the leaks throughout the ventilation. I waited over a month to write this review so I could make sure my family noticed a before/after difference in the air quality and temperature distribution. The difference is extreme. The air is noticeably fresher, and our lower level and second level is so much more comfortable than before the aeroseal. This was one of the best improvements we made to our older brick home."

This was the best crew to work with.  THey had a very dirty job to do and did it so willingly.

We were able to change the method of fire proofing with the project underway - good flexibility. Only company to explain health and safety issues!! This was also the only company of four that gave an appraisal that provided health and safety information on the product and how ventilation should be performed!!!

Excellent job.  All the men were helpful and professional.

Very thorough analysis of my home and recommended treatment.  Ismael was extremely professional throughout.  Explaining each step and showing photos of completed work.

Customer review - "We had a major condensation issue with our HVAC ductwork that led to damaged drywall and other issues. 3 Pros Basement was recommended to me by our trusted HVAC vendor and they did not disappoint. Our issues was multi-faceted and took more than one visit to correct (it actually took 3!). But 3 Pros Basement - and in particular Steve Raddie - took on the challenge and worked tirelessly to fix the issue and to make sure we were a satisfied customer. Thank you Steve for all of your hard work to solve some challenging technical issues and to the entire team for working hard in difficult conditions and for cleaning up so well when you were done. It was a pleasure doing business with you and while I hope I won't need your services again, I will be happy to recommend you and to pick up the phone if the need should arise.

Ariel's crew was wonderful

These guys are really good. They did a full-blown crawlspace encapsulation for me back around 2018-19 and it looked amazing. Over the past 7-8 years, with different trades coming and going, and a leaky furnace, I called and asked if they could come out and do a cleanup, and patch a few areas. They charged me a very reasonable fee to send one of their technicians, a gentleman named Kobe, and he did a top-notch job in cleaning and patching, and also alerted me to a minor leak in one of my pipes (including photos) which I have a Plumber coming to fix. If you need crawlspace work, I highly recommend this company.

" The Comfenergy team was timely, courteous, and professional. Arrived when they said they would, did great work and left the area better than they found it. 10/10…would definitely recommend."

Customer review - "These guys are pros and absolutely wonderful to work with. They show up as promised and did an excellent job. Highly recommend them."

"Attic insulation removal, air seal and new insulation install. Comfenergy and Melvin + team did an amazing job. Left the place cleaner than it was before they came, kept me informed each step during the process."

Every interaction I’ve had with someone from ComfEnergy has been fantastic! Carl did the whole house assessment and was very thorough and answered my many questions. His proposal was detailed and provided a link to visual guides for each portion of the proposal. My team leader Roxana answered all my questions and showed me the work as it progressed. She even sent me photos to help with the area we looked at together. Her other team members were efficient, laid down tarps to protect the floors and hung plastic to tape off the work areas. They wore shoe covers and vacuumed when they finished. I would give the company six stars if I could 😃. Thank you for a warmer home. Gina S.

"Absolutely recommend this company. Not pushy on the estimate or sales when they came out to evaluate the attic. Great communication from the project leader, on time, took the time to tape up the bedroom and lay drop cloths on the stairs. They did absolutely wonderful job and were professional from the start of the process to the end of the job."
