"Comfenergy did an amazing job helping us with the humidity issues with our house. It turns out that the previous owners of our home had all the insulation in our attic and basement removed due to pest issues and had not replaced the insulation. After doing the free consultation with Jaron, he explained the issues to us in depth that were causing humidity within our house and worked with us to figure out how we could address them without breaking the bank. He was so helpful and great to work with and our home is so much dryer! We ended up getting our attic encased and our attic entranced zipper sealed to prevent moisture and humidity from coming in. On top of that, Jaron recommended a couple of things we could do ourselves to help with the humidity including moving our dehumidifier to the out-take of our basement and better insulating the basement, which helped our budget. They were able to finish what would have been a 3 day job of complete removal of existing insulation, foam sealing the entire attic floor with enclosures for light fixtures, installation of radiant heat shield, installation of baffles, and thereafter blow in new fiberglass insulation in 2 days. We chose this company based on some coworkers recommendations (I am a licensed realtor of 20 years in this area) and the crew went above and beyond expectations. Final product (new attic insulation) replaced what was most likely original insulation, is now to code for our county and will pass any home inspection. I had quite a lesson on attics from this company and learned a lot during the process. We also want to give a special shout out and thank you to Carlos on the install team. He noticed some electrical items that needed to be addressed in the attic before new insulation went in, otherwise we would not have known. "We just did a project with Comfenergy to remove and replace our attic insulation. We couldn't be happier with the service that was provided. From the first encounter when we called them, they were prompt, courteous, and transparent. Our salesman Robb did a great job walking us through our options and never once tried to pressure us for any upgrades, etc. He even walked through different options to reduce to costs.The team came out yesterday to do start the two-day project. They were on time and very communicative throughout the process to provide updates. The project took exactly as long as they estimated so we were never left in a situation where we lost a day of work or anything waiting around.And best of all, the crew did a great job cleaning up after themselves. You can't even tell they were here."

Great price This company lived up to its reputation. We needed their attic restoration devices as we had barely any installation left up there. The consultant, Jaron, was great explaining everything that needed to be done in understandable terms and the price for the work was good. The workers arrived here on time, friendly, kept us informed as they worked and finished on time.

"Comfenergy did a fantastic job on reinsulating my house that I think presented many unique issues.  The house was built in 1950 and since it is a cape cod there are many slanted areas below the roof and above the living areas that were very difficult to insulate. However, the recent snowfall shows Comfenergy did an outstanding job because the snow on the roof didn’t melt as readily as has done in the past.  The snow didn’t melt for days showing there was very little heat loss through the roof. The work done by Comfenergy was done when they said it would be. The workers arrived promptly and worked quickly to accomplish the removal of the old insulation and then install the new insulation.  The home was left with no trace that they had even been there. I would call their execution flawless."

Second review: Had another reason to work with Comfenergy. Once again, Carl helped identify the problem and scope of work. He's super customer focused and really wants to find the cause and solution. Melvin was back with new team members Alvaro, Steve and Marcus. It's nice to be comfortable with people when they're in your home doing work. These guys worked very hard. Abby, Christine and Brenda in the office were also involved in making the project successful. This company has excellent customer service and I'm glad to know they are there if I need additional work that falls under their scope of service.First review: Melvin, Marvin and Yessenia were total professionals when they came to insulate my hvac ducts today. I can't say enough about their customer service. They worked hard to create solutions to every question I had. Carl was also really helpful when assessing what work was needed.
