He was extremely caring with our 1940s home that needed attic insulation replacement and closed cell spray foam on attic knee walls. He came out multiple times and was meticulous in making the plan for our home well thought out. It was a complicated space due to an addition added onto the home in early 2000s, and all other contractors did not seem to care nearly as much about the details being right. Having the knee walls insulated properly made a huge difference in the comfort of our home. The crew who did the project was excellent and left the place clean. Shayne Sandner was extremely professional, polite, thorough, and explained everything that he did so that I could understand it and even followed up with pictures of the work completed.  He spent a lot of time at our house showing us where we were losing energy.   The crew was very polite and respectful, hard-working, and completely thorough and even completely cleaned the area when finished.

Izzy not only got the job done (with the assistance of his crew) but he explained the process and physically showed me the problems when he was able to identify them.
