Design Specialist Rich Johnsen went out to the home to run a free no-obligation estimate appointment for the homeowner. After taking several measurements, Rich created a quote for our WaterGuard® and sump pump waterproofing systems.

A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they installed the WaterGuard® french drain system around the interior perimeter of the basement and covered the drains with concrete for a smooth finish (the concrete is wet at the time the after the photo was taken for this project). They also installed a new sump pump with a backup battery in case the power goes out during a rainstorm. The sump pump paired with the WaterGuard® system will ensure that the basement stays drier.
