These residents of Mellen, WI reached out to DBS for some help with their 1970's home. The foundation walls were cracking and bowing leading to moisture issues in the basement.

DBS Sales Manager visited the home, assessed the problem, and created a solution for the unwanted water and failing walls. To permanently stabilize the walls, our PowerBrace™ Wall Bracing System was installed along the perimeter of the basement, using steel I-beams. The DBS foreman and crew successfully installed the products.

The homeowners now enjoy a safe, permanently stable, and dry basement! 

The owner of this home in Ely, MN reached out to DBS looking for a waterproofing solution for their basement.

Design Specialist Rich Johnsen went out to the property to conduct a free no-obligation estimate for the homeowner. After a thorough inspection, Rich generated a quote for our waterproofing system.

A DBS Foreman led the installation of this project with assistance from a crew. Together they installed a WaterGuard® french drain system around the perimeter of the basement to help direct water into a sump pump so that it can be expelled up and away from the home.

Now that the basement has been thoroughly waterproofed, the homeowner can relax with peace of mind.
