These Pelican Rapids, MN homeowners wanted to make better use of their 900 square-ft. basement. They recently had a waterproofing system installed and were ready to take the final step in finishing their basement space. 

DBS Total Basement Finishing Design Specialist Denny Meintz visited the home and provided a free, no-obligation estimate for the basement finishing project, keeping in mind the family's vision for the space.  It was determined that ZenWall™ Paneling would be installed along the perimeter in the basement, along with a finished linen ceiling, and recessed lighting. DBS Carpenter Jason Petrella and crew successfully performed some demolition, built-out an additional wall and room divider, successfully completing all finishes necessary.
