Our customer had a non-functioning furnace and their house was COLD. We went out and installed a new one the very next day!

Customer called asking us to come repair his furnace. After assessing the situation, it was determined that the unit was very old and Lennox no longer carries repair parts for this unit. 

Our install team installed a new Lennox furnace and fabricated duct work to attach the new equipment to the existing duct work. Then everything was sealed and insulated and our customer was warm and comfortable in their own home once again.

This Chatham, NJ customer had 20 + year old boiler that needed to be replaced due to ineffieiency. We were able to replace it with a new, energy efficient boiler. 

Customer called in after noticing that their kitchen sink was backing up. Our plumber Chris was able to come out same day to take a look at the issue. After getting to the home and diagnosing the issue, he went over all options with customer. Chris was able to address the issue right then and there and get the customer back up and running within a couple of hours. 

Customer called in after going downstairs and seeing the water heater leaking from the top. Our plumber Dwight came out same day to diagnose what was wrong. After going of the issue and the repair versus replacement options, the customer knew they were going to get anymore time from there already 12 year old water heater. Dwight advised the customer replacement was their best option. He was able to install a new Rheem water heater within a matter of hours. Customer had hot water later that night .
