Customer called us after noticing that the outlet in their child's room was starting to turn a darker shade of brown. Knowing this was not something common, out customer contacted us right away. Our electrician Ryan was able to come out same day to address the issue. After diagnosing excatly what was going on , Ryan was able to make the neccessary repairs . Another satisfied customer. 

Customer called in about a pipe issue with her kitchen sink. Our plumber Chris was able to come out and properly diagnose what was going out with the sink. After providing all options to the customer , Chris was able to make the repair right there and get the customer ready forthe rest of her day. 

Customer called in after failing at trying to replace their thermostsat. What they thought was a pretty straight forward installation turned south pretty quickly , and they knew they had to call in the professionals. Our Technician Matt was able to come out and rectify the issue.We did install a brand new Lennoz S30 I comfort thermostat .  

Customer called in after purchasing a new shower head for their home. They not only wanted it changed but also wants it extended to be lower down in the showe. Our plumber Mario was able to come out asess the situation and go over all options with the customer. Mario was able to handle everything right there and was done in a couple of hours. 

Our customer calle din after noticing a leak around the toilet in his home. Chris was able to come out same day and diagnose the issue. After Chris presented his findings to the customer and providing the repair options, Chris was able to get to work with repair. Chris wa sable to stop the leak and have the toilet return to normal operations.
