Toilet issue in Chatham

Customer called in afternoticing the toilet leaking in the morning. After a quick 3 minutes phone call into Pipeworks. We verified the customer and got them on the schedule  for same day service. After our plumber Mario showed up and diagnosed the issue , he was able to provide options to the customer right away. Mario was able to take care of the issue right away , and the customer had no more leak issue . Another satisfied customer.

Water Heater Repair in Chatham

Customer called about issue with a leaking water heater. They called in early in the morning and were on the scheduled later on that afternoon . After our plumber Mario arrived to home , he was able to diagnose why the water heater was leaking. The company who installed in before did not add certain components needs to help the water heater. Mario was able to add these with parts he already carried on the truck. Customer was satisfied and more importantly no more leaking water heater. 

Emergency Furnace Replacement in Chatham

Customer called in after hours with a heating emergency after realizing their furnace was no longer blowing out . Our technician was able to get out within an hour. After diagnosing the issue, he found multiple issues with the furnace. Customer was presented with all of the options inclusind possibly replacing. Rather than having to spend more money into their 13 plus year old furnace, the customer knew the best option was to replace to a new efficient furnace. We had the furnace ordered first thing in the morning and replaced that day. 

Whole House Pressure Reducing Valve in Chatham

Customer called after noticing some fixtures and their water heater have dripping everyonce in a while. Our plumber, Mario came out to diagnose the issue and found the customer's old pressure reducing valve was no longer working properly. Mario was able to install a new pressure reducing valve right away and the whole house pressure was reduced back to normal operating conditions. 

New Modine Heater in Chatham, NJ

One of our long time vendors called in to Pipe Works Services after their Modine heater started to show signs of breaking down. They knew it was reaching its end of life expectancy and wanted to replace it rather than spending money on something that was no longer running efficiently. Our senior technician Jonny came out to give an estimate and go over the job process. We were able to have the material ordered same day, and return the following day to install it for the customer. Our customer chose a new Modine Hot Dawg heater which is rated at 125,000 BTUs!
