This Clifton Springs customer was having intermittent issues with his water due to an old pressure tank with a bad relay switch.  We removed the old tank and 4-feet of galvanized piping and installed a new v100 tank with pex piped in.

This Willard, NY customer needed a line ran from her electrical panel to her new electric dryer, so she contacted Halco for assistance. Because the customer's existing panel was full, Halco technicians gave her the option of installing a new box or adding a sub panel. Installing a sub panel would require tandem breakers and because the customer had a significant amount of tandem breakers already, this was not the best option. The customer chose to have us upgrade her panel to a new, 30 space 100 amp panel and now she is fully functioning and up to code! 

This homeowner quickly called us once they noticed their 20-year-old boiler was leaking. We immediately realized this wasn't just a typical repair. In fact, the system had been improperly piped! We replaced this poorly-installed boiler with a brand new, energy-efficient model and we made sure to correctly pipe everything! We also performed a home energy audit to help this customer understand how their home is using and losing energy. 

This Geneva, NY customer was referred to Halco by a friend and was looking to swap his old gravity vent water heater for a more efficient option at his recently purchased home. We installed an 80-gallon State heat pump water heater, which absorbs heat from ambient air and transfers it to the water. Even better? This install qualified for a $700 clean energy rebate! This Ontario, NY customer had an old oil boiler that had been converted to natural gas and was very inefficient. The water heater was old and inefficient as well.  We replaced both appliances with a Navien Combi, which is a high efficiency boiler and water heater combined unit.
