After receiving a free home energy audit from Halco, this Painted Post, NY customer realized there was a significant amount of air infiltration in his basement. By insulating the basement walls with 2" of spray foam, we were able to bring this lower level of the home into the building envelope and make the home more comfortable and energy efficient. Unlike fiberglass, spray foam performs well in high-moisture environments, like a basement.
During the annual service for this maintenance agreement customer in Auburn, NY, technicians found a crack in the furnace heat exchanger.
One of Halco's energy advisors, Larry Williamson, went out the same night and provided the customer with options for a new furnace. Our homeowner accepted the offer and by 5/27 our service technicians, Eric O'Lena & Anthony Duncan had installed a new Goodman furnace in the home.

This Clifton Springs, NY customer contacted Halco for an estimate on replacing his very old steam boiler. After properly sizing a new system, we installed a natural gas steam boiler that included a prefabbed riser, header and hartford loop. An automatic water feed was also included in this installation.
