Steve recently completed our annual heating system tune-up. He accomplished his work in a very competent manner and answered any and all of my questions in a very clear and thorough way. Thus, I will continue to rely on Halco to serve my HVAC needs in the future and will continue to refer friends and acquaintances to your company should they need help.

I really want to thank and praise Sam for dealing so compassionately and efficiently with my emergency so late this Thursday night. At first it looked as if no one was available to help until Friday, but because I was in such an absolute panic, Sam got in touch with Charlie who came and took care of shutting down my water heater (which was leaking and, frighteningly, in a major overheating mode that might have caused a catastrophic problem).    I can't praise her enough for her help. She's a great person and a wonderful asset to Halco's staff. Much gratitude to her.

Ed did a great job figuring what was wrong with our furnace and explained everything he had done.Recommended yearly check!We would have him again!He was very knowledgeable about what he fixed and why!We will be calling in the near future to have all ducts! Thank you!
