Hal, I want to thank you for the work your Company completed on Old Rt 31 in Clyde.  Recently one of your crews were out to my mothers house and completed an energy audit on her house. At that time they said that some of their findings may be covered under NYS Energy Grants.  Well, last week your crews showed up and spray foamed the entire perimeter of her house. They also covered the crawl space floor with plastic to help stop the dampness from coming through. Dave and Phil(your insulation crew) did an excellent job. They covered everything with plastic and had to work around over 65+ years worth of sentimental valuables that were stored in the basement. They left no mess. They even removed some old damaged insulation that had been there for years, and removed everything from site.  Also while they were there, Dave (your furnace tech) did a thorough job of checking out the hot water tank, boiler, gas stove, and clothes dryer. He installed new smoke and CO2 detectors as well as replacing the thermostat's. I want to thank your crews, your company and you for the service you provided. We would have never know that these funds were available with out your help. I know that with these improvements she will be able to live there more safely and comfortably throughout her remaining years. We were very impressed with the professionalism of both Melissa & Duncan. Duncan won us over by being reliable, knowledgeable & following up promptly. We looked at 2 other companies & though prices were lower, we were not convinced that they would show up or finish when they said as we had trouble getting appointments or returned calls/emails. We have nothing but praise for our experience with Halco & are glad to recommend you to anyone who asks about our solar system. Also glad to be mentioned as a farm project to other farmers - (already had a guy from Romulus come to see them. Donald Anders, who is going to use Halco and got our name from you.) Tim was excellent - a good listener & very, very considerate - he gets the details right! He left our basement & property tidy & paid attention to out preferences. Really appreciate that!
