When Russ arrived he found old loose insulation, numerous unsealed penetrations such as wire and pipe runs, unsealed can lights and an uninsulated attic assembly. Our insulation team removed all old insulation, installed Titeshell recessed light fixture covers and sealed with Zypfoam , air sealed and insulated attic assembly, sealed all penetrations with Zypfoam and insulated the attic floor with Trusoft cellulose.
