Cindy from Natrona Heights called Home Environment Solutions saying his home is always cold in the winter and stays warm in the summer. We sent Russell out to preform a FREE home energy audit to see where all his air was escaping. Russ found old loose insulation, unsealed wire/pipe runs and uninsulated scuttle cover. Our insulation team removed all the old batt insulation and disposed of it. Installed Silverglo foam board on scuttle and walls. Sealed all internal and external penetrations with Zypfoam. Installed Trusoft cellulose on the attic floor.

Bill contacted us because his detached workshop was drafty, uncomfortable, and expensive to heat and cool. He wanted a space he could actually use year-round without the temperature swings.

Our team air sealed and insulated the attic space and installed a new insulated scuttle cover to prevent heat loss in winter and heat gain in summer. By tightening up air leakage points, we created a more stable and efficient workspace.

Black mold was growing in the attic due poor ventilation with high humidity levels.
