This homeowner has lived in this house in Owings, Maryland for a good while and has always enjoyed where they lived. It was old and worn out and needed to be taken out, so we did that. We then air sealed any of the attic penetrations and ductwork. Last, but not least, we insulated the attic with TruSoft Cellulose. These upgrades were enough to keep the homeowner nice and toasty (and save more than a few bucks at the end of the month too!).
