Dan's home in Harwood, MD had a called Complete Home Solutions to conduct a tune-up on his A/C system. During the tune-up our HVAC technicians informed him about the other services that we offer, including crawl space encapsulations, and called for a FREE estimate. Following a visit from one of our trained Home Comfort Specialist, it was recommended that he sealed the walls and vents of the crawl space with our 2 part closed cell spray foam. With a floor of the crawl space being concrete, a full encapsulation and vapor barrier were not necessary, however by spray foaming the walls and covering the vents the outside air is now completely trapped outside the crawl space and cannot make its way into the house.
Dan has noticed an immediate improvement in the temperature of his floors throughout the first level of his home.

This homeowner in Owings, MD called our office to take a look at their room over the garage and recommend energy efficient improvements. One of the items on our job scope was to install 2" of closed cell spray foam insulation on hatch doors. This air seals and insulates the doorway. The spray foam is a superior insulation with an R value of 6.3 per inch. This helped greatly to insulate the knee walls from the finished room over the garage!
