Ultimately, it wasn’t an insulation issue and Carl didn’t push to “sell” a service I didn’t need. He went through every room in our house and provided input and resources for maintaining a comfortable home!"

The production crew worked hard and kept me informed throughout the process. The company was responsive and did a thoroughly explained my choices. 

The salesperson did a great job. I was pleased to discover that Comfenergy works with vaulted ceilings. It took a while for my appointment- no complaints though. The crew did amazing and my master bedroom already feels better! I am very happy with the work this company provided.

He was knowledgeable and asking really great questions before his inspection. He was very upfront on what was a "need to do" vs. "nice to have". I never felt pressured in any way and he made me feel confident and comfortable in my decision to move forward. The company wasted no time after signing to come and get to work. "I had the most professional, informative, and honest consultation with Carl from Comfenergy. Despite getting a new HVAC I was still feeling the heat on hot days and 8 insulation contractors advised it was the lack of insulation. Carl did a thorough inspection of my attic showing me where heat was entering the home, took pictures, and and discovered a 3inch gap between the HVAC and the duct work which was ultimately why the upstairs was not getting cool. Carl's presentation was excellent in the sense out of 8 other contractors I actually learned something other than I needed to get to code. Carl was the only one to point out my problem could be something other than insulation. Although my issue was resolved without adding insulation, I will not hesitate to use and recommend Comfenergy on the basis of their presentation, professionalism, and honesty,".

"During this past summer, we experienced very warm temperatures on our second floor and we also had concerns about attic mold due to the high humidity. After researching several contractors, we selected Comfenergy due to their positive reviews, status as aa approved Dominion Electric contractor and helpful phone support.Our actual experience with Comfenergy was consistent with all the positive reviews we read. Once we contacted them, they worked with us to promptly conduct an energy audit and schedule the work once a contract was signed.Throughout the entire process, Comfenergy staff were prompt, highly professional and transparent. Jason, who conducted the energy audit, guided us through the specific issues in our house (air leakage in the attic and areas of the basement, poor attic insulation, no mold issues!) and the specific remedies required (sealing and installing specific areas). He also assisted us with completing Dominion Electric rebate forms and informed us of current energy tax credits.Our experience with the installation team was just as impressive. Robert’s team took care in protecting our carpets and other areas of the house and cleaned the areas at the end of each day. He also showed us the work being performed at key points of the installation (before beginning the work, after removing old insulation and sealing the attic, after the work was completed). The team also provided pictures of before and after the work.Overall, it was a great experience (we immediately felt the difference in our house) and we’ve recommended Comfenergy to our neighbors."

The sales rep was very knowledgeable and spent a lot of time to explain everything. The crew worked hard, cleaned up perfectly, and did thorough quality work. 

Jason, our salesperson, was absolutely outstanding!! Marvin and the rest of the production crew were top quality in attitude and ability. Awesome quality of work- I believed that Comfenergy would meet and exceed all of my expectations- and they did!! I highly recommend this amazing sales and install team!
